Excellent Airport Hotel!

I found the location convenient to the airport. The hotel provided a Shuttle bus service directly to terminal 1. The modern facilities included everything I needed for my transit stay. I was also impressed with the professional attitude of the staff, who happily accommodated requests.

I noticed some airline employees Clogging the lobby.

The proximity to terminal 2 was a great advantage. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk. the room had clean facilities and a tidy bathroom. i found the breakfast selection excellent, with various options. metro and bus stops were very close for access to the city.

The check-in took longer than expected. The process felt slow. information gathering caused delays. the shuttle cancellation disappointed me.

the staff demonstrated good english skills and were helpful. there was a diverse team present. the team provided competent and polite assistance throughout the stay, ensuring smooth communication.

slow process uncaffeinated coffee

the check-in process was notably slow. the front desk staff seemed understaffed , or perhaps not sufficiently trained , because it took an unreasonable amount of time to process each guest. i waited almost half an hour , despite only a few people being ahead of me in line. also , i was disappointed to discover the in-room coffee was not caffeinated.
